All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in the limited case of damage caused during shipping, as outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility – Shipping Damage Only

A refund may be considered only if:

The product was damaged during shipping, and

The customer provides clear photo evidence of the damaged product and packaging.

Without photo evidence, no refund will be issued.

3. Photo Evidence Requirement

Photo evidence must clearly show:

The damaged product

The shipping packaging (if applicable)

Requests without sufficient evidence will be automatically denied.

4. Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

If a refund is approved, only the product price (excluding shipping, taxes, or fees) may be refunded.

5. Refund Approval Is Not Guaranteed

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund decisions are made based on:

Product condition

Pricing

Nature of the damage

Internal review by our refund department

No promises or guarantees are made regarding refunds.

Craftseena LLC reserves the sole discretion to approve or deny any refund request.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Craftseena LLC is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed during delivery.

Once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Customers must contact the shipping company directly to file claims for lost or stolen packages.

Refunds or redelivery for lost or stolen packages are not guaranteed and are decided at our sole discretion.

7. No Refund or Replacement Promise

We do not guarantee refunds, replacements, or re-shipments under any circumstances.

Any decision made by Craftseena LLC regarding refunds or replacements is final.
